Who’s playing?

Include everyone who may play on any day. Add their Handicap Index now, or fill it in later. Indexes are remembered for this competition. Use one player per row. You’ll choose each match’s players next.

How to download, fill in and import your teams

Download. Choose the Excel template for wide name columns, or the plain CSV template. On iPhone, choose Save to Files in the share menu; in a browser, look in Downloads.
Fill in. Open the file in Excel or Numbers. Replace Red team and Blue team in the Team name row. Enter one name per numbered row and their Handicap Index in the adjacent column (for example 14.2 or +2.4). Set CSV handicap cells to Text before entering a plus index so the + is retained. Leave unused rows blank; add numbered rows for up to 50 players per team.
Save as CSV. In Excel, use Save As and choose CSV UTF-8. In Numbers, use Export and choose CSV. Save the completed file somewhere you can find it in Files or Downloads.
Import and check. Use Import completed team sheet below and select that CSV. Review both teams, then tap Use these team sheets. You can still edit or remove individual names.
Save your teams. Tap Save teams & choose matches, or Save team sheets when editing an existing competition.

Fill in the template in Excel or Numbers, then save as CSV. Enter both team names in the Team name row, then one player and their optional Handicap Index per numbered row. Use Text cells for plus indexes such as +2.4. Leave unused rows blank; add rows for up to 50 players per team. You can review everything before saving.

Use a surname or initial to distinguish players with the same name. The leaderboard shows the players selected for each match.

Projection assumes current leaders win and live all-square matches finish halved. Unstarted matches remain grey. The bar updates automatically as scores arrive.

Updates every 10 seconds while open. Confirmed points count completed matches only.

Edit team sheets & handicaps

Indexes are saved for this competition and filled in for new matches. Amend them here before play or between rounds. Existing match indexes stay as entered: use Edit players / match to update a match that has not started.

Use one player per row. Handicap Index is optional until match setup. Changes here do not rename players already selected for matches—use Edit players on the match card to correct those.
